$1.00 per ½ hour or any fraction thereof, up to 6 hours.
6 - 10 hours, a flat rate of $12.00 applies.
10 - 16 hours, a flat rate of $14.00 applies.
16 - 24 hours, a flat rate of $16.00 applies.
